General steps for lens production:

Lens production can be divided into two steps, the first step is to mount the lamp beads, and the second step is to mount the lens

Lamp bead line: semi-automatic printing machine prints PCB board, transfer by connecting platform, Mounter pastes lamp bead components, and reflow soldering furnace welding.

At this time, you will get a PCB board with only light beads, put it in the dispenser and start to produce lenses

Lens line: the dispensing machine dispenses the glue, the docking station transmits it, the mounter pastes the lens, and then passes through the reflow soldering furnace to obtain a complete PCB
