- The maximum sizeof omni-directional PCB is 450 * 350mm and the minimum is 80 * 80mm.
- Thethickness of PCB board is between1-6mm, which is more than enough to make the standard PCB thickness on the market, but when it is less than 0.6mm, it needs to be supported by fixture because it is too thin.
Application
SMT chip processing process
First: Solder paste printing: the solder paste is missed on the PCB pad through the steel mesh.
Second: Placement. the correct placement of electronic components is realized through the suction nozzle and feeding of the placement machine.
Third: Reflow soldering, in the reflow furnace, the solder paste is heated, melted and cooled to fix.
