Transportation and Package

Our machines are usually packed in vacuum wooden cases to ensure that the products can be delivered to customers in good condition. The mode of transportation ,we usually sea or air, mainly according to the needs of customers.

Service

1.We have office and local engineers in Egypt, India, Turkey etc. We will arrange engineers to install,debug and train you for free,until you learn to operate the machine.

2.Chinese engineers provide online service.

3.If necessary, Chinese engineers will come to your factory for free install and training.

4.We provide 1-2 times for machine repair for free after warranty period.

5.Visit customer regularly and gather information

6.Provide latest information about technology and equipment.

Q: Is the machine free of charge?

A: Yes. Our warranty for the whole machine is one year, but in addition, we provide customers with free maintenance once or twice a year.
