Product description
T9-2S LED strip making machine, this machine is designed with two module,because the PCB board is very simple to make LED light strips, the production speed has become a very critical factor. This is why we made two modules for T9-2S, just to increase its production capacity.
High-speed mounting head, can pick up different components, like LED 3014/3528/5050/2835 resistors, capacitors, etc.
There are also 10 sets of digital cameras on the head. Using camera identification, there are unique leak detection and replenishment functions.
Support flexible production, the feeder can be adjusted according to the spacing of the head, which is a very convenient function.
T9-2S is a SMT placement machine specializing in the production of LED wire-free flexible light strips, which is not limited to the length of the PCB board.
In terms of wiring, because of the particularity of its dual system, a placement machine and reflow oven are shared.
