Product Description
SMT pick and place machine controlled by single-module multi-function magnetic levitation linear motor.
The size of the PCB board is 600*500mm. This model also has an upgraded version, which supports the production of 1200*500mm PCB boards, and can also customize the 1500*500mm machine.
The combination of linear motor and servo motor is adopted, and each suction nozzle is controlled by an independent servo motor.
The smallest SMD component is 0402, and the highest SMD component height is 15mm.
Appliance
- Can produce all LED lights, including but not limited to DOB bulb, LED tube, LED strip, street lights, spotlights, wall washers, high bay lights, outdoor lights, and indoor lights. LED lenses can also be produced. Various products can be applied.
- In addition, some ICs, resistors, capacitors, and special-shaped components can be pasted. Can produce some simple driver boards.
